1. Admission Policies and Criteria

Age Requirements:

• Nursery: 2 to 3 years
• Pre-KG: 3 to 4 years
• LKG: 4 to 5 years

Documentation:

• Passport size photograph of the child, father, and mother.
• Proof of residence: Aadhar Card
• Birth certificate
• Community Certificate
• Previous school records (if applicable)
• Health record

2. How to Apply

Online Application:

• Click "Apply Now" and provide all the mandatory details. Attach the receipt of the application fee before submitting the form.

In-Person Application:

• Parents can visit the school premises, collect the application form, and provide all the mandatory details along with the receipt of the application fee before submitting the form.

Application Fee Payment:

• The application amount of Rs 500/- needs to be paid to the following account. The receipt of the payment needs to be attached to the application form.

3. Review and Selection Process

• Applications will be verified for the authenticity of submitted documents.
• Parents will be informed about the selection result via the email provided in the application form.
• If selected, parents will receive a link to the parent portal via email, accessible via mobile and web.
• Parents can join the portal by providing the mandatory details and the receipt of admission fees.
• Alternatively, parents can visit the school premises to provide the mandatory details and receipt of admission fees at the admission office.
• The admission amount communicated to the parents needs to be paid to the following account. The receipt of the payment needs to be attached to the joining form.

4. Notification of Admission

• The joining form will be verified for the authenticity of submitted documents.
• An email will be sent to the parents confirming the admission and enrollment details if the student's enrollment is confirmed.
• A student portal will be created, accessible via mobile and web, containing the following information:
  • Profile
  • Routine of the child
  • Child’s learning progress
  • Child’s attendance progress
• Parents can check the rejection reason and reapply with corrections if there is an enrollment rejection.

5. Orientation and Introduction

• Orientation sessions for new students and their parents will be held for a week to familiarize them with the school’s facilities, staff, and routines.
• Dress Code (Monday to Friday)

• Students should come to school as per the above dress code with black shoes and white socks.
• Students should carry the following in their bag:
  • Water bottle
  • Lunch Box (only for Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG students)
  • Alternate dresses and handkerchiefs (2 sets) in a separate cloth bag
  • One empty cloth bag to keep used dresses and handkerchiefs
  • Yoga mat
  • Hair should be properly groomed.
  • Glittering and costly hair bands, ornaments, and face make-up are not allowed.
